A love letter to weddings…

I have been a wedding photographer for a decade. That in itself feels monumental to write! But in January 2020 I officially hung up my hat and retired from the world of weddings to be a full time Motherhood storyteller.

Being a wedding photographer has brought me so much joy over the years, I've traveled the world, met some incredible people and captured life stories that I will never forget, and for that I will be forever thankful I was welcomed in to those moments. The words I've received from my couples ring constantly in my mind and it'll be a big part of what I’ll miss about shooting weddings. From being told as we hug goodbye that you felt so happy and secure like you had a best friend by your side all day, to making you laugh when you needed it most, to have been so many peoples moment of calm in what can be such an overwhelming day. It's truly been an incredible honour, and I've genuinely loved every single one.

I want to thank all my amazing couples for supporting me over the last decade! So many of you have now become my gorgeous family clients, and honestly nothing makes me happier than meeting your beautiful babies and watching you all grow in love.
