I’ve spent the last 15 years travelling the UK and abroad photographing so many incredible people, sometimes it feels like a dream. After shooting weddings for over a decade I decided to step away from the wedding industry and make the move into splitting my business in two… my beloved family photography, and a new venture - creative portraiture and behind the scenes/documentary work.
My extensive experience shooting weddings has given me the ability to shoot documentary as second nature, its where I feel the most comfortable and inspired, to watch and document people doing what they love, what they excel at truly never fails to excite me. I bring that into my family work, capturing you and your loved ones exactly as you are in this moment, tiny fingers and toes, messy living rooms, it’s all so fleeting and so imperfectly perfect, I am here for it all.
Portraiture has always been my first love, handing someone an image of themselves that sparks emotion, that makes them feel deeply, knowing that photograph now exists in time forever, it feels as much as a privilege as it is a gift.
